Learn About Our A-Plus Medical Imaging Equipment

I want to request a part, what information should I have available ?

The main information we need to quote the most accurate part and price: OEM, Part number, part description.  If you have a picture or location of part those are usually helpful but not necessary. 

Can A-Plus arrange and ship items world wide?

Yes! We ship parts across the globe.

Which carriers do you use?

We work with Fedex/USPS/DHL on standard sized items.  If shipping oversize and weight we work closely with various freight carriers. 

What is the lead time from time of order to shipment?

That depends.  Typically parts are shipped same day based on payment arrangements.

What is shipping cut off?

A-Plus has a shipping cut off of 5:45 EST for standard shipments. If a part is oversized and needs to ship freight the cut off is 1pm EST.  We can ship after 5:45pm EST, but this is considered NFO a surcharge may apply for after hour shipments.

Can I return a part that is good but not needed?

Yes! A restocking fee will apply. See our Terms of services for our fee schedule.

Does A-Plus offer a warranty?

Yes, most parts come backed with a 90 day warranty.  Some items have a pro-rated warranty.  This will be disclosed at time of quote/sale. 

What is the return address for parts needing to be returned?

We will begin in this chapter by dealing with A-Plus Medical, 1439 Dave Lyle Blvd, Suite 15, Rock Hill, SC 29730 Atten Returns Department


Please note all returns must have prior approval.  We will provide a return RMA number to accompany all returns of any kind. 

Does A-Plus offer afterhours assistance?

Yes, just call our main office line.  This number will roll to our after hours customer service rep on call or email us at parts@aplusmedical.biz.
