The main information we need to quote the most accurate part and price: OEM, Part number, part description. It is helpful if you have a picture or location of the desired part, but not necessary.
Can A-Plus arrange and ship items worldwide?
Yes! We ship parts across the globe.
Which carriers do you use?
We work with FedEx/USPS/DHL on standard sized items. If shipping oversize and weight we work closely with various freight carriers.
What is the lead time from time of order to shipment?
That depends. Typically parts are shipped same-day based on payment arrangements.
What services do you offer?
A-Plus has a shipping cutoff of 5:45pm EST for standard shipments. If a part is oversized and needs to ship freight the cutoff is 1pm EST. We can ship after 5:45pm EST, but this is considered NFO and a surcharge may apply for after-hour shipments.
Can I return a part that is good but not needed?
Yes! A restocking fee will apply. See our Terms of Services for our fee schedule.
Does A-Plus offer a warranty?
Yes, most parts come backed with a 90-day warranty. Some items have a pro-rated warranty. This will be disclosed at time of quote/sale.
